01. Rental Eligibility

To assume command of our vehicles or utilize our self-drive services, clients must meet strict legal and operational requirements prior to vehicle handover.

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of the booking.
• You must possess and present a valid, legally recognized driving license authorized for use within Sri Lanka for the entirety of the rental duration.

02. Reservations & Financials

Our booking ecosystem is designed for efficiency and security. All financial protocols must be respected to guarantee fleet availability.

• Reservations are exclusively secured and confirmed upon the successful authorization of payment through our secure gateways.
• Tariffs, vehicle rates, and service fees remain subject to dynamic adjustment without prior public notification.
• Sandaki Travels retains the absolute right to decline, modify, or revoke reservations in instances of fleet unavailability, logistical constraints, suspected misuse, or the provision of inaccurate client information.

03. Operational Conduct

We expect our vehicles to be treated with the highest degree of care. When operating a vehicle under the Sandaki Standard, the following operational codes are strictly enforced:

• Clients are strictly mandated to adhere to all local and national traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations.
• The deployment of our fleet for any illicit, unsanctioned, or off-road activities is expressly prohibited and constitutes an immediate breach of contract.
• The renter assumes full financial and legal responsibility for any infrastructural damage, vehicular loss, or civil/traffic fines incurred during the active rental period.

04. Cancellations & Returns

We understand that travel itineraries require flexibility. However, to maintain the integrity of our booking schedules, all cancellations and requests for financial reimbursement are strictly governed by a separate protocol. 05. Intellectual Property

All digital architecture, typography, visual assets, branding, and textual content housed within the Sandaki Travels platform are legally protected intellectual property. None of our platform's content may be duplicated, scraped, or repurposed without explicit, written executive authorization from our administration.

06. Liability & Revisions

Sandaki Travels operates under strict safety protocols, but we cannot assume liability for unforeseen circumstances outside of our direct operational control.

• We assume no liability for incidental accidents, personal injuries, or material losses sustained during the rental tenure, barring circumstances explicitly mandated by statutory law.
• We reserve the sovereign right to amend, elevate, or modify these Terms and Conditions at our discretion at any time, without prior individual notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest revisions.
